She esxplains "many people don't understand what animals' eyes are trying to say only because they are in a non-human face". So she decides to put the eyes of a lion in a human face, in order to communicate what these eyes communicate to her: love, fear, sadness, happiness, LIFE. She continues "I like thinking that this pic communicates to one more person in the world what it communicates to me".
